Midwest Food Stories presents "Hutchinson Bison". In this short film, Summer Miller of the New Prairie Kitchen and chef Bryce Coulton travel to the sand hills of Nebraska to meet Dave Hutchinson of the Perfect 10 Bison Ranch. After a beautiful day in the hills, they bring back some of Dave's organic bison meat to make a hearty spring stew.

Paul Kulik, of Omaha's Le Bouillon and Via Farina, stops by the studio to share a meaningful dish that sparks a great discussion about life, travel, and his appreciation of this soulful food.
